1. Warranty Coverage

Travopack products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
  • Defective zippers, buckles, stitching, or compression pump malfunctions

2. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling
  • Modifications or repairs done by unauthorized parties
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Travopack product is defective and covered under warranty, please contact our customer support team at travopack.support@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

4. Replacement Terms

Replacements are subject to product availability. If the exact item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable product of equal value.

5. Legal Disclaimer

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Travopack's liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
