Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Travopack. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories included

To start a return, contact us at travopack.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time to post
  • Still no refund? Contact us at travopack.support@gmail.com

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
