Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): FREE on all U.S. orders over $100
- Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): Calculated at checkout
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
International Orders
We ship worldwide! Please note that delivery times vary by country. Travopack is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during international shipping.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to deliver on time, unexpected delays with carriers can happen. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at travopack.support@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Travopack is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
